I'm really bad at this game. Guess I'm getting touched tonight :(

Sad day indeed.
Awesome! What palette did you use for the tiles and sprites?
Thanks! Can't remember the name exactly, but it's a palette made by Kerrie Lake (she's on Lospec).
I noticed some issues with the enemy collision. If you jump from too high and land on them, you die. Other than that, I like the game.
Yep that's an issue several people have run into, I'll be sure to go back and make a patch to fix those collisions.
Thank you for playing the game I appreciate it!
It's like I'm traveling through a GI tract. For real tho, this is an incredible game. You inspire me, Chris.
Thanks :) and congrats and hitting top of the leaderboard!
It was a fun tower defense game, but it felt imbalanced especially after the first wizard encounter. Idk it feels like the number of enemies ramp up way too fast.
EDIT: I made it to wave 8. It might just be me, I was never good at tower defense games.
EDIT: I was actually able to beat the game! Once you find a method that works it makes the game very fun so I'm giving this a higher score.
Yes the early game is most challenging, its important build mana generators and win wizard duels early on.
I liked it! My only gripe is that it seems if you shoot the steak and hit nothing, you're basically screwed, and your only option is starting over. It would be nice to have the steak respawn regardless of hitting anything. Other than that, the gameplay was juicy, the art was solid, great job!
I'm glad you liked it! I structured the mechanics this way to prevent the player from spamming the stacks, you can only receive a stack when you take out one enemy, if you take out too many you end up having to place too many stacks and lose time (you can risk hitting yourself as well), if you take out too few you can risk losing them and run out, the game becomes more and more hectic as you continue so you will have to place stacks in a balanced way to devise your game tactics.
Very addicting game! The drilling part felt a bit awkward, I'm not really use to having no down arrow available while drilling in other games, but good game nonetheless.
Edit: Yeah the tutorial made sense, it just took some time for me to get used to.
Hi! thank you for your comment, do you think the tutorial helped you to understand the drilling movement?
This is what I'd imagine a Mausland game to look like if Felix were a zoomer. RIP
Edit: He's the guy who made Miami Shark and Castle Cat.
what are you talking about
i dont want to look things up
Lovely art!
I'm not an artist, so I thank you two times :)
Fun game, but I wished the shooting wasn't so limited.
Yeah, last time people were telling me stuff I made was too easy so I wanted to give folks a solid challenge
